Use your body to hit for POWER (Kinetic Chain)
Use your body to hit the tennis ball with power! Have you ever been told that you are “arming” the ball?
Matt shares one simple exercise that will help developing tennis players learn how to use their body to hit the tennis ball via the kinetic chain and will help generate much more power/spin on their shot.
If you want to further train this power do the exercise on both forehand and backhand side 2-3 times a week, 2-3 sets of 8-12 reps per side.
