Tennis Circuit Warm Up

Simple circuit warm up with players performing each exercise for 1 minute before rotating.

  1. Ladder exercises – 1 foot in each square up and back then 2 feet in each square
  2. Switch kicks
  3. Skipping
  4. Jumping Jacks
  5. Mini Hurdle jumps
  6. Basketball bounce with butt kicks
